The Rising Star Leadership program assists " A Players" to become leaders. It consists of 9 weeks of training and weekly online Q&A for 12 month.  All classes are recorded for you to start anytime. 

The 2023 Spring 9 weeks of Live Class Schedule:

The Rising Star program consists of

• Ten weeks recorded program you can learn anytime, live group practice sessions in Spring and Fall each year
• CXO Group: 6-10 people guided by a designated mentor to build deeper relationships
• CXO Simulation: C-level executive simulation and project final presentation to corporate board
• Timely Q&A to answer your questions live: weekly group confidential interactive career consultation
• 12 Executive core skills live lectures 
• Weekly executive summary reading (20 minutes), a preselected business book summary

All students must sign the confidential agreement at purchase time to keep class Q&A and discussions confidential.

Time commitment: 50 - 200+ hours within 12 months, depending on your questions and desire to learn new skills

• Join a CXO Team and meet your mentor virtually within a week
• Start to join our next live and Q&A session on
  • Sundays 8-9 AM PT, 11- noon ET

In-person Bonus:

San Francisco Bay area students have 2 hours of hiking weekly with Dr. Liz when not traveling. Dr. Liz travels to various places to meet our students.

2. Pay and get reimbursement from your company, it can be part of a degree program, either in MBA or MS CS

4. If you currently don't have w2 income, you may be qualified for state funding for this class and effective business communication.
